How it works
Web Crypto supplies random bytes. Rejection sampling avoids modulo bias. Random mode samples uniformly from the allowed set; the optional per-group rule rejects whole candidates until all selected groups occur. Pattern mode independently samples each slot and preserves literals and order. No Math.random fallback.
